VR360 aerial system
The VR360 aerial system combined panoramic camera hardware with a multicopter platform. Steel and carbon fibre formed part of the structure, with the cameras mounted as a single aerial assembly.
The photographs show the system from below, the flight hardware and the workshop stages of the build. They also document the support and stabilization frame used around the camera assembly. Aerial panoramic capture brings the mounting structure into the camera problem: the carrier must support the array while preserving the views around it. The archive records the physical arrangement and assembly of this custom system.
